- Personal data are any information about an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is a person who can be directly or indirectly identified, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
The processing of personal data is governed mainly by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”).
**I. Processing of Personal Data**
**A. Processing of Personal Data when Using the Contact Form**
If you contact us regarding our products and services, we will process your contact details that you provide us, primarily through the contact form. These are personal data in the following scope: name, phone number, e-mail, address.
**For what reason?**
Based on the personal data provided, we will contact you regarding our offer of goods and services.
**On what legal basis?**
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract, or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
If you do not provide these personal data, we will not be able to communicate with you for the purpose of entering into a contract for the supply of our goods or services.
**How long will we process personal data?**
Unless we establish further cooperation, your personal data will be processed for a maximum of 12 months from our last communication.
**B. Processing of Personal Data when Making a Purchase**
If you make a purchase with us, we will process the personal data that we need to ensure the conclusion of a contract for the supply of our goods or services. These are primarily billing details: name, surname, address.
**For what reason?**
We need to process personal data to fulfill our obligations under the contract – delivery of goods or provision of services. Using the contact details, we will also communicate with you regarding the status of your order, potential complaints, or your inquiries.
Personal data will also be processed to fulfill our obligations arising from generally binding legal regulations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or to handle complaints and other issues).
**On what legal basis do we process personal data?**
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with our legal obligations.
If you do not provide these personal data, we will not be able to enter into a contract with you for the supply of our goods or services.
**How long will we process personal data?**
During the delivery of goods or provision of services and then for 12 months from the last provision of such services or delivery of goods.
**C. Newsletter (Commercial Communication)**
If you have purchased goods or services from us and have not explicitly declined the receipt of marketing communications, we will use your e-mail address to send our marketing communications.
**On what legal basis?**
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interests, which are marketing communications targeted at our customers.
**How long will we process personal data?**
For 3 years from your last purchase. If you no longer wish to receive our marketing communications, you can unsubscribe at any time via e-mail or contact us at info@vsetkopregril.sk.
**II. Who Will Have Access to the Data?**
Your personal data will remain with us. However, some companies or individuals that help us operate our e-shop will have access to your personal data. These are:
– The operator of the e-shop platform Shoptet (company Shoptet a.s., located at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, Czech Republic, Company Registration Number: 289 35 675, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 25395).
Personal data is processed only within the territory of the European Union.
**III. What Else You Should Know**
We do not have a data protection officer in our company.
There is no decision-making based on automatic processing or profiling in our company.

**V. Your Rights in Connection with the Processing of Personal Data**
The GDPR gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and request information about what personal data we process, request access to these data and have them updated or corrected, or request restriction of processing. You can request a copy of the processed personal data, request deletion of personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases, you have the right to data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
If you believe that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority or go to court.
